Prof. Dr. Marko Špiler, leading expert and consultant in the field of public procurement and public-private partnership (over 300 successfully executed contracts), international consultant and professor at 3 higher education institutions. Organizer and lecturer at over 200 seminars and scientific gatherings. He held several positions in public procurement affairs, at the level of the Republic and local self-government. He is the founder and director of the Belgrade “Center for Management” doo and the “Center for Procurement Management”. Founder and president of the Chamber of Public Procurement of Serbia. He is a professor of vocational studies at the State Higher Business School in Novi Sad and until recently at the Academy of Technical and Artistic Studies in Belgrade, in the subjects “Management of Public Procurement” and “Public Private Partnership” and an associate professor at the non-state Faculty of Management, head of the Master’s program Management of Public procurement.
